Central to much of my work is Reiki, a centuries-old healing practice that can help with many physical, emotional and spiritual problems. Reiki is based on the belief that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. By channeling this energy through a practitioner’s hands, the body, mind, and emotions can be balanced. When we are feeling sick, tired or overwhelmed, especially if these feelings arise from emotional distress, we can work with, guide and use that energy to heal ourselves. If you are curious, I invite you to add-on a 15 min Reiki session at the end of your massage.
