Choosing the Right Category

Bodywork Services is where you can schedule a custom massage from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Techniques will vary depending on your unique needs. For more information visit the massage page.

Wellness Services include in-depth energy healing such as Reiki, Chakra Reading and Balancing, Sound Therapy, Aromatherapy and more. For more information, visit the Reiki page. 

Coaching Services combines intuitive guidance, energy work, and therapeutic conversations and are bundled together in various packages under the coaching tab. For more information, visit the Spiritual Life Coaching page.

Service Add-Ons

Adding on a service is a great way to try out a new service. Once you select your service, or service package, you will be offered the opportunity to add-on one or more of the following services before the booking is complete.

• 15-minute Reiki session – Reiki energy complements the massage, providing an extra layer of relaxation and balance. Feel your body and mind harmonize as you enjoy this rejuvenating addition to your massage therapy
• Hot Stones – Smooth stones are heated, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering
• Prenatal techniques – Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of an expecting women’s body. Specially-designed cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen
